Guerra's Tortillas, Inc. has been serving authentic Mexican food since
1970. My parents, Leonel and Carlota "Cale" Guerra started a small tortilla
factory and later added more seating, 22 varieties of breakfast taquitos,
lunch plates and take out orders.
Our most popular items have always been barbacoa, menudo, chicharrones, tacos
and tamales. Through the years Carlota perfected everyone's tamale favorites -
beef, pork, chicken, bean, jalapeño and pork. I took over in 1992 after my
mother passed away and have continued all the family traditions.
In 1995 I introduced the "Vegetamal™", a low fat, cholesterol-free,
meatless tamale! In addition to this popular vegetarian tamale, we also sell
low-fat, low cholesterol chicken and bean tamales. I invite you to enjoy
